I. AGREEMENT

By joining Philippineangels.com “we, us or the site”, is the Fastest Growing Filipina Dating Site on the Internet, “I, you or me” confirm that I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use and warrant that I have the capacity to enter into and comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and I join of my own free will and accord. I understand that Philippineangels.com reserves the right to change or modify this agreement at any time and post such changes in their web site. 
Such changes will become effective immediately upon posting and that I am bound by any changes made thereon.
This Agreement is a binding contract between me and philippenangels.com.

II. MINIMUM AGE AND ONLINE CONDUCT

As a registered member, I confirm that:

2. I confirm that I am not married and am available for marriage or long term serious relationship should the option arise as a result of being a member of Philippineangels.com
3. I confirm also that I have the eligibility and desire to make a commitment to a long term relationship possibly leading to a legally binding marriage.
4. I realise that should I be still legally married and or going through a separation leading to divorce my application maybe  suspended until divorce absolute be confirmed. Or that I provide such legal documents to support my application as a separated partner and under such circumstances have all documents and information available for perusal by others and notify other members on my profile.
5. My membership of philippineangels.com is for my exclusive and personal use.
6. I agree Not divulge my personal information and or passwords or to authorize others to use my membership in my absence or presence.
7. I am not allowed to assign or otherwise transfer my account to any other person in my absence or presence.
8. I agree not to impersonate any other person in my absence or presence.
9. I agree that all personal information including scanned copies of my birth certificate or passport are belonging to myself and confirm that I am the person appertaining to the information provided for Philippineangels.com to authorize my application.
10. I agree to submit truthful responses to the questions asked in the registration form, the interview and psychometric test.
11. I agree that as a;

Female, that I have to have my birth certificate and or photo ID confirmed by philippinenagels.com and understand that should my application to Philippineangels.com be refused, the decision will be emailed to the email address provided in the application and this decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into thereafter.

12. As a Male member, that my name and address may be verified through a third party database for listings on the sex offenders register and for any pending court appearance. This search may also highlight any current matrimonial status at the request of any female member. Also that a search by a third party database will highlight any previously spent criminal convictions that have been served upon the applicant. Or an arrest warrant that has been is issued against the applying member. Or should there be judgement awaiting sentence. Or should there be a previous sentence for assault, violent conduct, abuse or any other physical or sexual misdemeanour.  Such applicants who are shown on this database will automatically have their profile referred by Philippineangels.com and that this decision will be emailed to the email address provided in the application, stating these findings. In such instances the applicant may have the option to have this revoked and to state the offence or offences and or register listings on the application member’s profile, clearly stating this in the personal description. This decision will be final in all cases and unless offered to be revoked by Philippineangels.com there shall be no correspondence entered into thereafter.
13. I understand that this screening is a necessary part of the membership application process to protect other members and in no way infringes any human rights, civil liberties or any law appertaining to a persons’ privacy, personal rights, no matter how prejudicial and any claim as such appertaining to any such accusations that may be made against Philippineangels.com its directors or any member of staff will become null and void hereafter.
14. I  agree not to transmit any sexually and or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, harassing, libellous, or objectionable material of any kind, nor any unlawful or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another person’s human or civil rights including, but not limited to, intellectual, property rights, rights to privacy copyrights and publicity rights.
15. I agree not to violate international copyrights of music and or other forms of entertainment by exchanging such material between members without the authors’ consent and permission of Philippineangels.com.
16. I agree that during video-chat service I will not expose my myself in such a way as to offend, upset other members and that I agree that all forms of nudity are considered a miss-use of the service and as a consequence if reported to Philippineangels.com the service will be terminated and may result in my membership being suspended and or terminated as a result of this activity. If membership is terminated as a result of such action, any remaining credits will become null and void.
17. I agree not to transmit "spam," "chain letters”, “junk mail," or engage in any unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail.
18. I agree not to harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked me to cease communications or has stated they are not interested.
19. I agree not to use philippineangels.com for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
20. I agree not to solicit or attempt to solicit any money from any member of Philippineangels.com
21. I agree not to include identifying information, including but not limited to my full name, phone number, e-mail address, ICQ number or any URL in my Profile.  Any such information found on a profile will be edited and deleted before being published onto the site.
22. I agree that once my profile is published, I may change photographs and personal information with consensual agreement of Philippineangels.com. However what cannot be changed are the personal identifying features of the profile. This will be authorised by staff of Philippineangels.com within a time sphere of twelve hours after the time of submission. Any contact information or illicit content will be deleted and edited out.
23. All photographs submitted for publishing onto my profile are of myself and are a fair and true likeness and shall have been taken within the last 12  calendar months
24. If after 45 days my profile has been inactive from me, a letter notifying me of the absent use will be sent to my personal email address and if after 60 days there has been online activity by you, your profile by removed from the site and kept in quarantine for a further 30 days during which time you may apply to have your profile reinstated. Otherwise after 90 lapsed days of activity, your profile will be removed completely and if you want to use the facilities of Philippineangels.com in future you will be required to re apply your application. Any credits you may have at 90days will become obsolete and therefore you will no longer have access to any of the sites functions or facilities.

Any violation of these terms warrants immediate termination of service.

25. I also understand that Philippineangels.com reserve the right to modify and or delete personal profiles or messages sent through our messaging system if it is deemed necessary.

Moreover, I understand should I violate any of the above stated conditions of use philippineangels.com may remove or discontinue the membership and may pass on my details to other websites so that my profile is named and shamed.
I understand that should my application be refused on the grounds of the applicants name appearing on an offenders register, that the application will be rejected and that there is no methodology for appeal or to enter into further dialogue with the said applicant.

III. TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. Philippineangels.com provides this service on an “as is” basis and grants no warranties of any kind with respect to this service.

All payments are non refundable for all services offered on Philippineangels.com in the event of any goods or service being unavailable at the time of purchase / dispatch, philippinenagels.com will either offer an alternative or substitute. In the event of either product or service being unavailable and no alternative be available, or that constraints restrict the operation to fulfil the order requirements.  Philippineangels.com will offer a full and complete refund as applicable. In such an instance there will be no allowance for compensation in any matter or whatsoever way. There will be no claims made against any costs, loss or damage or in any respect as a consequence of the termination of such an order.

4. Philippineangels.com does not warrant the risks of dealing with internet users, particularly those that are based in other countries or people under false pretence or those with criminal intent.

V. INDEMNITY

As a registered member, I understand that I indemnify and declare Philippineangels.com harmless, and also its directors and employees, from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, or expenses including but not limited to all legal costs and legal fees arising for the members or website users of  or participation in this services or the information contained therein.

VI. WAIVER OF RIGHTS

As a registered member, I fully understand that;

1. All materials, writings, photos, pictures and or information I voluntarily upload or submit to the site, become the property of Philippineangels.com.
2. Philippineangels.com reserves the right to modify and or delete a portion or all of my profile that are considered to be inappropriate or improper and illegal.
3. Philippineangels.com has the right to use my public information together with the photographs and post it in my members’ profile and gallery in the member page available for search by non subscribing members. 
4. I give full permission and release philippineangels.com of any liability should there be any arising in the use of my photographs and other materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to business and marketing campaign advertising.
5. I understand that the information provided by Diane, is as accurate as the information I have provided and that any resulting information provided by Diane, is impartial and a true reflection of Diane’s interpretation of the astrological situation for the information provided. I understand as a member of philippinenagels.com that any goods or service offered by Philippineangels.com that I pursue and pay for makes me wholly responsible for any damages or cost arising from any such service and that in no way whatsoever can any claim be made against Philippineangels.com as a result of; late arrival, lost tickets, late delivery of goods, lady not arriving on time at the appointed airport, wrong colour / type of flowers/ perfume chocolates or any other gift ordered from this website.
7. I understand that should I arrange any tour with Philippineangels.com that my personal insurance for travel and health are NOT included and that it is my responsibility to provide such insurance as necessary.

9. Philippineangels.com cannot guarantee to any member at any time that they have sole communication with any one member at any time and that Philippineangels.com abides by all human rights laws in force at the time of publication.
10. I understand that any conversation I may have with a member using the translation service that the interpretation will honest, accurate and a fair representation of the words used in my native or colloquial language. Philippineangels.com will in no way whatsoever be held responsible for any accusation by a member of any misrepresentation or misinterpretation by the translator or the termination of a corresponding member due to the response or question which may arise during a conversation.

ELECTRONIC MAIL

As a registered member, I allow Philippineangels.com to send me (as a registered member) electronic mails regarding the products and services of Philippineangels.com and its affiliated businesses. I will as a member, accept that I will receive a periodic listing of new members and of members which have had no contact between other members within a stated time.

MESSAGE MODIFICATION

As a registered member, I understand that Philippineangels.com cannot screen or monitor all messages.  However, Philippineangels.com reserves the right to modify or delete messages that are judged to be inappropriate, offensive, obscene, profane, slanderous, threatening, harassing, racially offensive or in an attempt to solicit money from any member or contain unauthorized commercial content.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By becoming a member of Philippineangels.com I accept the terms and conditions of use of this site. I agree to be bound by this Agreement.  Violation of the specific Terms and Conditions of the use of the site that may jeopardize the effectiveness of philippineangels.com and services may cause the suspension or cancellation, suspension, and or termination of my membership and I hereby acknowledge that no communication maybe entered into to reinstate my membership and all correspondence to Philippineangels will cease thereafter.

I understand that Philippineangels.com is NOT a mail order bride service and that in the majority of cases, as a male member I WILL have to travel to the Philippines in order to pursue a long term relationship. Philippinangels.com does not promote nor acknowledge any participation of international people trafficking. Any member suspected or reported of such activity will be reported to the FBI international police.

That any or all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Her Majesty’s crown courts in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland And the venue for any action to enforce, interpret or otherwise in dealing with these terms and conditions or any rights arising globally will be dealt with in Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11 crown courts in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The resulting ruling will be by judgement of the judicial procedures affiliated with the laws laid out in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Any further appeals as a result of this judgement must be filed with her Majesty’s Home Secretary or Foreign Secretary as applicable.

All information provided by members will not be sold, lent or provided to any third party and will remain the property of Philippineangels.com until membership expires.

Should any provisions of this Agreement become invalid or declared no longer effective, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and in effect unless revised or revoked. 

Amendments if any shall be posted on Philippineangels.com and become effective immediately upon posting.
